Extra pictures of RFIEP / RFIRT operations.
1 Early photos of the Henschel 2-8-2s in service.
A Henschel 2-8-2 on a train made up of two Famillereux plataformas with sides and then a long rake of the ex Puerto Belgrano four-wheeled wooden wagons. This could well be during the construction period.
Henschel no. 127 , probably later in the 1950s as the track looks well bedded in.
A Henschel with a rake of the 1954 Ferrodinie wagons behind.
A Henschel in the snow, with a rake of unidentified wagons behind.
A final picture of a Henschel 2-8-2, with a short rake of one tank wagon (two Puerto Belfgrano tanks mounted on a Famillereux underframe), one 1922 furgon, and two 1922 coaches. The slogan suggests that this was during the Peronist period, ie before 1955, and indeed the two cars are probably of late 1940s vintage.
